Basis of success

Old management methods are being abandoned because they did not bring what we expected. In addition to new control mechanisms based on the old paradigm of management, self-management and self-organization are used. In many organizations this does not lead to the desired effect.

Now that companies are so dependent on the agility and productivity of their employees, it is important to equip employees to function in daily practice. Not just professionally. Especially in collaboration and communication.

Playing field

A clear playing field with clear frameworks (the lines) and working agreements (the rules) are necessary. If the playing field is not clearly defined, this leads to employees becoming cautious and holding back. That is counterproductive.
